I finished my CTH zens last night, and I have to say, I’m going to miss these when I give them away. They’re not the prettiest-looking socks when not on a foot…
…but they sure are comfy:
These are going in the prezzie pile for Christmas. I’m up to a goodly amount of prezzies now.
They’re a simple slip-stitch sock – 2×2 slip-stitch every other row, along with a straight stitch row.
Comfy. And I adore Cherry Tree Hill yarns. :D

Needed a few days off, after the blogalog thing that ames made me do. Though, I must say, we did remarkably well, and managed to get all the days in there, with only a minor glitchy or two.
So, pics!
I love this sock. It’s squishy and soft and warm and slouchy. I went up to US 3s for these socks, and it’s great. There’s a 2×2 slip-stitch ribbing going on there, which is really hard to photograph in this yarn.
And let’s talk about the purples and greens. Two colors that shouldn’t work together, but that I have always adored together. And various shades of them both, too. I <3 CTH yarn.
We’re still integrating the pets here. Sometimes it calls for creativity.

Well, it’s time to check on my pizza and see if I can eat it yet, then curl up on the couch and watch some mindless tv and knit. Oh, and there’s cookies to be baked later too! It’s a snacky sort of night.
